New Orleans Police are investigating two fatal shootings that left a 37-year-old man dead in Central City and a 20 -year-old man dead in the Florida area.

Dozens of homes sit vacant and decaying in some of the city's poorest neighborhoods. And what's worse, the city spent millions of dollars moving them there.

A 29-year-old woman died at a hospital after being shot in Algiers Friday evening, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
