New Orleans police are investigating two fatal shootings that left a 37-year-old man dead in Central City and a 20 -year-old man dead in the Florida area.

Colonel Mike Edmonson, Superintendent of the Louisiana State Police is in Tenessee to receive a national police award. Edmonson will receive the Buford Pusser National Law Enforcement Award.
